Professional Multiple Services and Max Mixed Martial Arts joined can now offer self defense classes or privates to the general public.

Our gym head coach Charlton Rodriguez is a ranked brown belt in jiu jitsu with many years of weight training, wrestling, boxing, muay thai, weapon training,  grappling and jiu jitsu experience. Based on the culmination of combat experience types our head coach has he is able to offer training in the most effective style of combat known as Mixed Martial Arts.

We recommend using our gym facility because it is speciafically structured with the disciplined training environment to help you get in shape while learning self defense. We have the weight training machines, equipment, punching bags, ropes, mirrors, mats, gym timer and more to make the gym a completely effective gym.

Prefer to train in your home, office or gym environment?

No problem. We go to you. We bring the needed equipment to train you in your comfortable envionment and make each session as effective as if you came to our gym. We offer one on one, couple and group training sessions to keep the self defense workouts fun.

What combat disciplines do we offer?

  • Boxing –  learn how to strike with your hands with our experienced trainer.

  • Taekwando – Learn how to defend yourself using only kicks.

  • Kick Boxing/ Muay Thai – Learn the msot effective striking sport in the world and build confidence and discipline.

  • Brazilian Jiujitsu – Our jiu jitsu Brown Belt coach will help you learn submission moves while building discipline, cardio and submission moves.

  • No Gi Jiu Jitsu –  Learn how to submit using only a persons body for a good workout and challenge that guarantees your submission skills are developed thru real submission moves.

  • Submission Grappling – Learn how to grapple against opponents to outmaneuver them and gain the positioning and errtory advnatge agaisnt your opponent thru grappling.

  • Wrestling – Learn Greco Roman wrestling and freestyle wrestling with our coach for effective take downs and old school wrestling moves.

  • Weapons Training – Learn self defense and build confidence if someone pulls out a weapon against you and tries to hurt you or your loved ones. Learning weapons self defense is a must because of all the modern day cowards carrying weapons.

  • Mixed Martial Arts –  Learn the most effective combat sport in the world, learn how to gain the advantage against your bigger, stronger or more skilled opponents thru effective use of combat fighting they are least acquainted with. Our coach will teach you weaknesses to every type of opponent to give you the advantage agaisnt opponents.
