We help Adults and Children under 16 years of age on different passport services.
Passport application services for Adults and Children we help in include:
Adults:
- Applying for your first U.S passport
- Applying for U.S. passport if preceding passport was issued over 15 years ago
- Applying for U.S. passport if initial one was issued before you were 16 years of age and you are currently over that age (an adult).
- Applying for a new passport whether you have the expired passport in your possession or not.
Children: (under 16 years of age)
Applying initially or reapplying for a passport renewal if under age 16.
Since 2/1/08, all minors under 16 years of age must have parental consent from both parents to obtain or renew a passport. Both parents must appear in person or one parent must appear with a notarized letter from the other parent giving permission for the child to receive a passport.
Passport Renewals
Passport renewal if you were at least 16 years of age when the most recent passport was issued.
Passport Renewal if passport is soon expiring or has not been expired for longer than 5 years.
Passport renewal if your passport was issued less than 15 years ago.
Passport renewal application along with supporting name change documents if passport holder’s name has been legally changed.
Missing/Stolen/Lost Passport
If your missing passport is not available because it is missing, lost or stolen but would otherwise still be valid then this section is applicable.
Name Change On Passport
- Your name has changed legally from the name that appears on your most recent passport AND
- Your most recent passport is in your possession and undamaged AND
- You have legal documents to prove your name change.
Name Change On Passport
- Your name was legally changed from the name that appears on your most recent passport ALONG WITH
- Your most recent passport is in your possession undamaged AND
- You have the legal documents to prove your name change.
Validity Extension
- Your current passport has not been physically damaged or mutilated in any way AND
- Your passport was issued for a duration of not greater than 5 years (usually a one year passport) AND
- Your passport was issued within the past year. Passports issued over 1 year ago will follow the steps for a passport renewal.
Mutilated Passport
Your current passport has been physically damaged or mutilated where pages are missing, cut off or damaged.
Limited Secondary Passport
- If your current passport is valid, but you need a secondary valid passport simultaneous to the primary passport because of the nature of your travel.
- The U.S. Government forbids any U.S citizen from owning more than one valid U.S. passport at any time unless deemed necessary. The U.S. Statement Department will determine if a request meets the necessary requirements for the secondary passport. All cases are evaluated on a case by case basis.
