PRO MULTI SVCS does not participate in the delivery services provided by FedEx, its subsidiaries, or contractors nor provides a warranty for such services. There is no item for which we will provide a delivery guarantee. After FedEx has taken custody of your cargo, they are the only ones responsible for ensuring that it is delivered to the address that you specified during the checkout process. The documentation about any transactions that have been left incomplete at our office for a length of time not to exceed six months (180 days) will be sent back to the address you supplied for billing or shipping purposes. After that time, we will not be responsible for any papers left at our office, and when your documents are returned to you, you will get an email with a tracking number.
