Depending on the situation’s specifics and entirely at the discretion of PROMULTISVCS, a complete reimbursement may be issued if we cannot perform your transaction after conducting a thorough assessment of your whole document package. You are not eligible for a reimbursement if you do not submit the needed documentation, valid insurance, valid driving license pictures, valid title without revisions or damage, or any other cause beyond our control.
